Shipping Policy

All items ship out from our warehouse in 2-3 Business Days! This excludes holidays and when we run sales. Shipping costs are calculated by weight at checkout.

PLEASE EXPECT SHIPPING DELAYS when we run sales!!! Orders will not ship out as quickly as we normally do because of high order volumes. Expect orders to ship out in 3-5 BUSINESS Days.

At the time your order ships, you will receive an update email including a delivery confirmation number for your shipment. This number allows you to track the status of your package after it has left our offices, as well as to confirm the delivery of your order. Once the UPS has confirmed that your order has been received, Krowned Krystals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Your order will be shipped to the "ship to" address you enter at checkout. Please be sure that this address is accurate. Krowned Krystals is not responsible for shipping and/or transit times as these are determined by the UPS and are beyond our control.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Let’s face it! We’re living in some very trying times! We pray that you all are still staying safe and taking the necessary precautions to stop the spread of COVID 19.

We take pride in providing FAST SHIPPING! Due to issues with UPS, please expect delays that are beyond our control.

As stated on our websites and in the Highlights of our Instagram Page, once the UPS has confirmed that your order has been received, Krowned Krystals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Your order will be shipped to the "ship to" address you enter at checkout. Please be sure that this address is accurate.

Please contact UPS with questions regarding the delay of your order.

With recent changes to their procedures, packages are being marked as “Delivered”, but not showing up until days later. Again, this is beyond our control. We encourage you to order items as close in advance as possible to avoid the headache of delays.

We’re so grateful for your continued patronage to our business and pray for you continuously.

What kind of rhinestones do you supply?
We currently carry high quality resin and glass rhinestones in a wide variety of sizes and colors. All rhinestone packs are carefully packaged in our distributor's factory. Stones are packaged using a specific formula and will vary by count in each pack as it is impossible to count each tiny stone individually.  The number of rhinestones listed is only an estimate.
What's the difference between glass and resin rhinestones?
Using simple terms: Glass Rhinestones are made from Glass and shine more. Resin Rhinestones are made of plastic but still give off a beautiful shine. (Just not as sparkly as Glass Rhinestones)

What are Jelly Rhinestones?
Jelly and resin rhinestones are both made from plastic. The small difference between the two are that jelly stones will be the same color all the way through and the resin stones will have a silver foil back. The process of making these in the factory is also different. Most jellies also usually have an AB (iridescent) coating.
What does "AB" mean?
Anytime you see “Crystal AB”, “Clear AB”, “Turquoise AB”, etc. this simply means that these stones or pearls will have an iridescent coating. AB stands for Aurora Borealis.
What does "MM" and "SS" mean?
“MM” is the abbreviation for “millimeters” and “SS” stands for “stone size”. You’ll see “SS” next to our glass rhinestone sizes, and MM next to our resin rhinestone sizes and pearls.
What size rhinestones do I need to buy?
If you’re new to rhinestones, this is all probably foreign to you, and you have no idea about the size you need to purchase.
If you’re trying to complete a larger project like a cup, do not order 3mm resin or ss12 glass only. They are way too small and it will take you way longer to complete your project.
3mm or ss12 stones are used for things like nails, eyewear, pens, Apple Watch covers etc.

If you’re completing a larger project like a tumbler, shoes, decorating bows or dance wear by hand, phone cases,..., you’ll be safe purchasing ss16 or ss20 in glass or 4mm or 5mm in resin.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! If you have problems checking out, please email us at support@krownedkrystals.com to place your order.

Do you accept returns?
Each item purchased is inspected before it is delivered to you.

 All sales are final.
