All items ship in 2-3 Business Days! This excludes holidays.

At the time your order ships, you will receive an update email including a delivery confirmation number for your shipment. This number allows you to track the status of your package after it has left our offices, as well as to confirm the delivery of your order. Once the US Postal Service has confirmed that your order has been received, Krowned Krystals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Your order will be shipped to the "ship to" address you enter at checkout. Please be sure that this address is accurate. Krowned Krystals is not responsible for shipping and/or transit times as these are determined by the US Postal Service and are beyond our control.
