How long does shipping take and what's the process like?
All items are shipped using the United States Postal Service with standard First Class including tracking/delivery confirmation. Most CUSTOM BLING items take about 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS to leave our facility. Other items usually ship in 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS.
At the time your order ships, you will receive an update email including a delivery confirmation number for your shipment. This number allows us to track the status of your package after it has left our offices, as well as to confirm the delivery of your order. Once the US Postal Service has confirmed that your order has been delivered, Krowned Krystals, LLC is not responsible for lost,stolen, or damaged packages.
Your order will be shipped to the "ship to" address you enter at checkout. Please be sure that this address is accurate. Krowned Krystals, LLC is not responsible for shipping and/or transit times as these are determined by the US Postal Service and are beyond our control.

Do rhinestones stay on shoes/handmade products?
All bling products will last a long time as long as they are treated and handled with care. Most items are handmade and created using industrial strength glue. All items should be treated like a piece of jewelry.
Glass stones are used so be careful not to drop items. Do not leave items in warm or hot areas as this could cause the glue to soften resulting in the rhinestones becoming loose.
To clean your bling, use a damp cloth and gently wipe. Never pick at the rhinestones as this could cause them to come off.
How do I take care of rhinestone apparel and tees?
Rhinestone apparel can be machine washed cold, inside out; however, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you handwash only rhinestone garments in cold water! Use little soap and rinse well. DO NOT BLEACH or USE VINEGAR! Bleach will damage rhinestone glue. Treat any stains being careful not to get the chemicals onto the rhinestones. These chemicals will damage the glue holding the rhinestones. Lay flat to dry. Rhinestone apparel may be dried in dryer, inside out;however, The heat and tumbling action of the dryer can damage glue and cause rhinestones to get caught on other items in the load. NEVER iron or let an iron touch rhinestone areas. The heat WILL melt the glue loosening the rhinestones.

Each item purchased is made with care and inspected before it is delivered to you. Information regarding sizing is provided in the product description. Please ask any questions regarding sizing prior to placing your order as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
